Once all your items arrive, you can submit a combine shipping request, and PINKBOX will consolidate your packages, repackage if needed, and forward them internationally to your doorstep. It’s fast, secure, and built to save on shipping costs.

🏪 From your order to PINKBOX warehouse

1- You made your order to your seller/Shops and ship to Korean warehouse here.

2- Local tracking number will be given by your seller or store when the order start to deliver to here.

3- All parcels arrived at PINKBOX Warehouse here.

4- Sumbit CombineBox or QuickBoz service request in Pinkbox website,

5- Pinkbox, we will pick up your package(s) and take them picture and send you and pack them into one box and Shipment with your payment.

6- Your order will be arrived at front of your door

⏳ Storage Period & Disposal Policy

Packages are stored for a specific period based on the service type:

• QuickBox Service: Packages are stored for up to 2 months from the arrival date. After this period, disposal may occur within 48 hours with or without notice.

• CombineBox Service: Packages are stored for up to 6 months from the arrival date. Disposal may follow within 48 hours if not handled in time.

To avoid any loss, ensure to submit a Combine Service Request promptly, especially if you are nearing the storage limit.

💸 Payment & Currency Options
