- Lithium Battery Products: Items containing lithium batteries, such as mobile phones, laptops, and mini fans, are restricted. FedEx may be an alternative delivery method for these products.
- Power Banks and Perfumes: Items like power banks, perfumes, and gas-based sprays are not deliverable through any method.
Reminder: Exercise caution when shopping online and check with PinkBox before making any purchases.
Prohibited Items
All international mail undergoes security screening, involving X-ray and specialized equipment checks, before loading onto aircraft and boat, Prohibited items identified during screening will be returned to the sender’s post office.
* Recipients are responsible for retrieving returned items at the originating post office. (Additional fees may be incurred, but postage fees will be reimbursed upon item retrieval.)
