💡 Return & Exchange Policy

PINKBOX  is a Korean proxy buying service, not a direct seller. Therefore, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions:.

✔️ Accepted Cases :

  • Product defects (e.g., damage, malfunction)

  • Wrong item received (e.g., incorrect size, color, or model)

  • Major discrepancies from the original order

❌ Not accepted :

  • Minor color or size variations

  • Personal preferences or change of mind

  • Issues caused by the original Korean seller

🚚 If the error is caused by PINKBOX (e.g., wrong item or mishandling), we will cover the return shipping or replacement costs

 

🚫 Why Returns & Exchanges Are Not Available for Delivered Products

Under Korea’s e-commerce regulations, all products sold domestically must be reported for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. This legal timeframe makes it practically impossible to process returns or exchanges for items shipped overseas.

To address this challenge, PINKBOX offers a free, thorough inspection and repackaging service before international shipping. Every item is carefully checked to ensure accuracy and quality, minimizing the risk of issues after delivery.

This is why strict pre-shipment inspection is essential—and why we invest extra time to verify your order before it leaves Korea.

Important Conditions:

  • Customers must select the correct size, color, and quantity before completing the order, we therefore, before buying, please check product details carefully.
  • Refunds cannot be granted for missing items, issues arising from import restrictions, unclaimed packages, or recipient refusal, as outlined by PINKBOX policy.
  • Replacement requests require specifying the issue and intent to PINKBOX customer service.

💰 Handling Fee Policy

To maintain service quality and operational efficiency, PINKBOX applies a handling fee based on your order value:

  • 15% of Total Product Price for orders over ₩100,000.
  • ₩15,000 Minimum Handling Fee for orders under ₩100,000.

📦 Shipping fees are calculated separately after all items arrive at our warehouse. We use the higher value between actual weight and volumetric weight.

⚠️ Important Notes :

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size, color, and quantity.

  • Refunds are not available for unclaimed packages, import restrictions, or recipient refusal.

  • The Korean buying process is designed for global customers buying Korean goods directly from Korea. After the goods arrive at the destination country, customs duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • PINKBOX is not liable for misunderstandings related to product descriptions or expectations.
