Found a product you want to buy from a Korean online shop? Simply fill out the PINKBOX Korean Buying Request form.
📥 Go to the PINKBOX Buying Request page, copy and paste the product URL, and add details such as quantity, color, and size. for Korean Proxy Shopping, Then, submit !
2️⃣ View Your Quotation
PINKBOX Korean Buying Team will check your request and send you a PDF quotation and URL by email. If you accept the quotation, you can:
- Click the order URL link sent in the email
- Or enter your PO number in the search bar at the top of our website
💡 You can always find your quotation details on the PO Number product page on our site.
3️⃣ Proceed to Order & Handling by PINKBOX Korean Buying Service
Click the payment URL or search for your PO number. The order page will reflect the exact price from your quote. Add to cart, and Proceed Your Payment for Buying Items
Once your items arrive at our PINKBOX Korean Buying warehouse, we inspect and consolidate them. Then we calculate the final shipping cost and notify you.
Shipping cost will be charged once all your items arrived here with actual weight between Physical weight and Volume weight. You can choose Shipping methods and charge by Shipping Invoice
📦 Order Status Updates in PINKBOX Korean Buying Service
We will notify you by email after 5 business days with your order status update. You can also log in and check the Order History on your account at any time.
Payment Accepted > Processing in progress > All your items arrived and preparing Shipment > Shipped
*Most standard orders are prepared for international shipment within 5 business days (excluding custom-made or pre-order items).
4️⃣ Shipping Invoice for Shipping Charge and Shipment
Once all your items have arrived at the PINKBOX Korean Buying warehouse, we will measure the actual or volumetric weight of your package.
You will receive a shipping invoice via email that includes available shipping methods such as EMS, Sea, FedEx, AirMail, or EMS Premium (UPS), Your package will be marked as a 'GIFT' and assigned an appropriate value for customs declaration. If you have a specific value you'd like us to declare, please let us know.
📦 After you choose your preferred shipping option and complete the shipping payment, we will dispatch your package with a tracking number.
