Chuseok Holiday & Shipping Notice
Dear Customers,
As Korea celebrates Chuseok, the traditional harvest festival, PINKBOX would like to inform you of our adjusted holiday and shipping schedule.
Shipping & Holiday Schedule
- Holiday Closure: October 3rd (Fri) – October 9th (Thu)
- Domestic Shipping: Suspended from October 1st (Wed) – October 12th (Sun)
- International Shipping: Suspended from October 1st (Wed) – October 9th (Thu)
Note: PINKBOX will remain reachable during the holiday. Services such as binding, consolidation, and internal operations will continue as usual.
However, responses to quotations and invoices may be delayed between October 4th and 6th due to limited staffing.
