How We Calculate Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. once your order arrives at PINKBOX and is ready for international dispatch, we repack your items to ensure safe delivery. During this process, we compare the actual weight and the volume weight (volumetric weight) of the repacked items to determine the shipping charge for each shipping method. This comparison helps us generate the most accurate shipping charge invoice.
Buying Shipping Invoice and Notification
After determining the shipping charges, we generate an invoice for each order. The invoice includes detailed information about the shipping charges based on the chosen shipping method. This invoice is sent to your email as a URL through PINKBOX for your convenience.
