💳 Step-by-Step Guide to Complete Your Combine Shipping fee

After submitting your Combine Shipping Service Request through PINKBOX (whether QuickBox or CombineBox), your packages will be packed and prepared for international delivery. Once packing is completed, a payment page (URL) for Combine shipping fee will be generated for your review and shipment confirmation.

📦 Normal Case: Single Combined Shipping Box

If all your delivered packages can be packed into one combined box, you'll be directed to a single combine shipping fee page. This is the most common and economical case for Korean packages consolidation. 

• Total Package Arrived: Number of parcels delivered to PINKBOX warehouse
• Quantity: Refers to the number of packages combined into this one box (e.g., 10 packages x $2.50 storage fee = $25.00 or $15.00 depended on Type) If you ordered packages are over one Combine box, You can refer to below 3-1)
• Steps: 
  1. Check Package Q'TY: All packages you requested and also delivery country.
  2. Select your preferred shipping method (EMS, AirMail, Fedex etc.): The requested or available shipping methods are displayed.
  3. Selecting a shipping method, adds shipping and handling fees to the total cost in the Shipping box. The status changes to "Waiting for Payment," and the "Add to Cart" button becomes active.
  4. Proceed to secure checkout and complete payment with Add to Cart

All customs declarations, product categories, and values will match your Combine Request.

📦 Special Case: Multi-Box Shipment (Over One Combined Box)

If your items are too bulky or exceed weight/volume limits, we’ll divide them into multiple shipping boxes. Each shipping box will have a separate payment page (URL) for combine shipping fee..

• Box Quantity: Each page corresponds to one shipping box (regardless of how many individual packages it contains)
• Steps:
  1. Receive multiple payment URLs (one for each shipping box)
  2. Choose shipping method for each box separately
  3. Make separate payments per box
• Note: All customs details will be identical across all boxes as submitted.

You will be notified by the PINKBOX team if multiple boxes are required, based on your total package volume.
