Extedned countries Available for EMS Delivery and Available AIRMAIL. Delivery days ( EMS : 5~ and more Business days,  AIRMAIL : 15 ~and more Business days) in normal condition BUT, They are delayed around 15 business days and more under COVID-19)

Tracking number will be given with shipment

* Change Measurement rule by Korean Post office : Charge to heavy one between Volume weight and Actual weight ( from 15th. Dec. 2020)

EMS AND AIRMAIL SHIPPING DELIVERY UNDER COVID-19

*Delivery Under COVID-19
It is difficult to expect delivery, Every time all available Shipping methods and delivery time changing to each countries policy(Mostly returned to normal from Korea to delivery country by EMS, but, some of countries still delayed EMS, AirMail(If available) will be Stocked at Terminal, waiting for Freight boarding ( 15~30 days(different each countries )and Ship to delivery country( 2~6 days)
All tracking number given to you, but, AR(advise of delivery by local post office) service is not available for SAR, it could be placed in mailbox without notice in some countries and not update properly. SAR is not responsible for sender.
There will be paid for returning fee, in case returning AIRMAIL or SAR by caused of unclaimed of buyers side.( Re-shipment will be charged all shipping methods), and Air courier, we need to post it to Agent in Local, so, tracking number will be given 1 business days later.

* Return fee will be charged to buyer in case of return of Airmail, SEA delivery, due to the wrong delivery address, or, return of importation prohibited items, Unknown, Refused, Gone away, Unclaimed of buyer side.so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.

AIRMAIL AVAILABLE COUNTRIES AND RATES(Applicable from the 17th, updated on the 10th.Nov.2023)

-Available country and conditions could be changed by arrival countries COVID Situation any time

-Please note that Airmail will be longer than normal, it may take up to 15~20 days more and can be stopped without notice to deliver due to lack of flights.(depended on Countries)

K-PACKET DELIVERY BY POST OFFICE

Delivery days : 7 ~ 10 businessdays.

Tracking number will be given with shipment.

Delivery way : Packets are delivered to your mailbox or visitor mailbox without any notice from your post office. So please enter your address correctly, and keep your tracking number well.

SEA(SURFACE) DELIVERY BY POST OFFICE

Delivery days ( 1 MONTH(4 WEEKS) ~ 3 MONTH))_Basically 8 Week, in delayed case, 12 weeks.

Tracking number will be given with shipment (The waiting time in CY is long on boarding,  because the container is full to start such as AirMail/SAR)

* Return fee will be charged to buyer in case of return of Airmail, SAR, SEA delivery, due to the wrong delivery address, or, return of importation prohibited items, Unknown, Refused, Gone away, Unclaimed of buyer side.so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.

AIR COURIER SERVICE SHIPPING CHARGE (Normal Move now) Fedex by Air Courier Agency

Delivery days ( 2~5 Business days)+ 1~2 days Domestic delivery from PINKBOX to Fedex Agency.

Due to the carrier's policy change, it is impossible to delivery through DHL for the time being (from 10th.Nov.2021)

We cannot designate an Air courier shipping company that depended on the flight schedule of the day

EMS PREMIUM(UPS) DELIVERY BY POST OFFICE(UPDATED 14th.March.2022)

Delivery days ( 3~6 Business days)+ 1~2 busines days from Post office to UPS. 

Many UPS Carrier Countries not accept Private goods, only accept Company name and detail for shipment. Expected more Strict Customs inspect than other shipping methods. = Only available by demand.

Local Delivery ( by Korean Post Office )-for delivery in Korea only buying service only
