PINKBOX Combine Service allows international shoppers to order from various Korean online stores, ship their purchases to the PINKBOX warehouse in Korea, and have them combined and repacked to save on international shipping costs. Once combined, packages are shipped to your international address.

Order directly from sites like Gmarket, Yes24, or Wevershop using your own account and payment method.
At checkout, enter your personal Korean warehouse address provided by PINKBOX as the delivery destination.

💡 Tip: You can request sellers or shops to deliver to your PINKBOX warehouse address in Korea.

Go to pinkbox.kr and log into your account.
Navigate to “Combine Info” to view the packages that have arrived at our warehouse.

📦 3. Choose Packages to Combine

In the Combine Info page, check the packages you'd like to combine. You can review them in the daily list of packages that have arrived at the warehouse.

Choose the type of service that fits your needs:

• QuickBox (Basic Plan):
  Fast processing with no unpacking or Content photo service.

• CombineBox (Advanced Plan):
  Full repacking service, Content photo service, bubble wrap, vacuum sealing, and custom repacking included.

Fill in all the details in the fields of the selected combine request.

PINKBOX offers two types of combine shipping services—QuickBox and CombineBox—to fit your needs. Each type requires a slightly different request form. Follow the guide below to complete your request correctly and avoid delays in shipping.

🔗 Common Fields for All Combine Requests

The following fields are required for both QuickBox and CombineBox service types:

• Name
• Email
• Destination Country
• Number of Packages to Combine
• Preferred Shipping Method (EMS, UPS, FedEx, SEA, etc.)

🌟 CombineBox Service (Advanced Plan)

→ Submit CombineBox Request

• Declaration Type: Choose from SAMPLE / GIFT / MERCHANDISE. Most customers use “GIFT”.
• Customs Value: Enter your desired customs value per box (not per item). Let us know if you'd like to split this value across boxes.
• Local Tracking Numbers: Enter the local delivery tracking number for each parcel. If unknown, enter the shop name or seller name and content.

🛑 Note: Prohibited items such as power banks, perfumes, or lithium batteries are restricted. Check the Prohibited Items List before shopping.

• Tracking Number: Enter the local delivery tracking number provided by your seller.
• Product Information: Enter the name with quantity, and declared value of each item,The price is the item's total cost (e.g., 4 x 1Women Jacket, 3T-shirts, $65.00,  or  2 x BTS music CD Album, $38.30 ) 
• Use the "Add Item" button to submit multiple items.

🛑 Warning: Avoid vague product names like “Album” or “Clothes.” Use detailed descriptions like “K-POP CD Album” or “Men’s Hoodie.”
