PINKBOX Combine Service allows international shoppers to place orders from various Korean online stores, have them shipped to the Pinkbox warehouse, where they are combined and repacked in Pinkbox Warehouse to save on shipping costs, and then shipped internationally to the customer's address
Customers, you can make an order easily by yourself at Gmarket or yes24, Coupang, Weverse shop where you can make your own account and shop with your payment, and use your ware-office or Warehouse in Korea offered by PINKBOX. (Order first and Payment with shipment) You can use Korean local place as your own delivery place, or office that you can ask your sellers/shops to Korea local delivery.
PINKBOX COMBINE SERVICE
- Combine Shipping Service: Once your orders arrive at the Pinkbox warehouse, they are stored until you submit a "combine shipping request." This request will initiate the packing and shipping process.
- Packing & Shipping: Pinkbox will pick up and re-pack your packages based on your request, and you will receive photos and updated shipping details. If the combined package exceeds weight or volume limits, separate packing will be done with your confirmation.
- Track & Receive: Local tracking numbers will be provided when available. If no tracking number is available, Pinkbox will check the packages under your name and update the delivery status.
How "PINKBOX COMBINE SERVICE" works ?
Basically, we keep all packages as arrival dated in wharehouse before you submit Combine packing request (You may find your package at COMBINE INFO, in right side at the top bar, if you have local tracking number)
You submit "Combine Service Request" when you want us to start to Re-packing and shipping. (considered as packing based on package(s) in your Combine shipping)
We will pick up and pack for shipment as your requested in Combine shipping Request form as soon as possible your package(s)arrived here in your combine request.and Send you Package(s)' Photos and updated your shipping detail with available shipping methods once your combine shipping request submitted (Combine Service URL will be sent you When all the packages you wrote on the request arrived and finished packing)
We pack with your all packages in your one combine request (1 combine request for 1 Shipping box), if the packages over the weight and volume, thne, we will make separate packing with your confirm.
Please let us know when you want your shipment with your Local tracking number available by your seller, if local tracking number is not available, we will check the packages under your name and update Local delivery status
( if no local delivery number is not available by your seller/shop- it means still not start to shipment)
Simply, Steps
1- You Shop and made your order to your seller/Shops and ask for Local delivery to Pinkbox Korean Warehouse.
2- Local tracking number will be given when the order start to deliver to Pinkbox Korean Warehouse
3- Sumbit Combine service request in Pinkbox website.
4- Pinkbox, we will pick up your package(s) and take them picture and send you and repack them into one box or more
5- You can pay the combine service charge ( Invoice URL will be give to you after your packing completed in Warehouse )
6- Shipment with tracking number.

Ship all countries with available carriers, EMS, Fedex, AIRMAIL, EMS Premium(UPS), Seamail(Surface), K-Packet You can refer to shipping rate
COMBINE SHIPPING SERVICE :
CombineBox Service (Shipping fee + 8.5%(Handling fee+US$2.5(Storage fee) / each seller(Package)
QuickBox Service (Shipping fee + 0%(Handling fee+US$1.5(Storage fee) / each seller(Package)

Storage fee : (CombineBox Service)
If you order 3 items from one seller(shop) at Gmarket (or, YES24.) Weversshop, or any available shops that you can make your own account and shop with your payment way, the seller(shop) will deliver 3 items in one carton box or plastic bag, this your 3 items order from one seller(shop) is "one" package q'ty- It means Your Total order package q'ty for Shipping service is "1" (Your storage fee is US$2.5)
If you order 10 items from two shops, 7 items from 1 seller(shop), the rest items from other shop, this case, it may 2 packages and Total order package q'ty is "2" (Your storage fee is US$5.00)
Handling fee :
Handling fee is 8.5% of shipping fee only, added to shipping charge (EMS Shipping based(If you use EMS or AirMail) or Air courier based(If you use Air courier such as Fedex/UPS)
PACKING WAYS and All RISK :
Basically, we will not touch original packing. only we removed carton Box(Cardboard box), the reasons are 1) Stained and damaged in local delivery 2) to reduce volume(size) of combined packing box. - We only replace damaged outer box to new one-we can not open or touch your contents. so, we are not responsible for missing, or broken something(check the picture carefully, if you want, let us know before packing, we will take photo more detail ), we only follow the combine request contents and customs value you submitted only. do not order fragile items such as glass or ceramic items as combine shipping service, we cannot responsible for any damage in delivery , especially Sea mail delivery, it could be a problem(even hard packing, no avoid damage in delivery, so, recommend clothes or not fragile items) - we need your information about your order before shipment in case of fragile items.
Pinkbox Combine Service not responsible for the shopping goods,items,merchandise,which chosen by customers and any taxes,or other fees that may be imposed by import county when your order reaches

PINKBOX Combine Service offer Free Photo Service, When all the packages have arrived and the customer requests a combine request, we take photos of the arrived packages and their contents before re-packing and send them via email. This way, you can easily verify the products you ordered
Pinkbox Combine Service, respect for customer's taste and selection of merchandise, but, We can check unacceptable Products for International delivery, such as Prohibited items therefore, If we discover a product that cannot be shipped internationally while repackaging it in the warehouse, immediately we report it to the requesting customer and discuss how to proceed with the product before shipment.
PINKBOX Combine Service has no obligation to take a return your merchandise and packages, all responsible for quality of the merchandise which different color/Size caused by computer screen or missed information by Shops are customer's side, so, if you want return to seller/Shops, Pls. contact the sellers/stores first and let me know your schedule for return, so, that PINKBOX Warehouse Can arrange for your return.

STORAGE PERIOD AND DISPOSAL FOR KOREAN WAHREHOUSE :
All packaging boxes from your sellers are kept for up to 6 months (up to 2 months for QuickBox option) pinkbox warehouse in Korea and will be calculated from the day after the first packaging box arrives.
Packaging boxes that have passed the period shall be disposed of within 48 hours after notifying the owner of the cargo subject to disposal through member information e-mail ( It doesn't matter if an e-mail about the notification was sent or not. )
In case of return- Return fee will be charged to buyer in case of return of delivery, due to the All risk, such as, wrong delivery address, or, return of importation prohibited items, Unknown, Refused, Gone away, Unclaimed of buyer side.so, please. check careful delivery address and customs policy in your country.
If you you want to send Korean Won(KRW), You can use Korean KRW instead of USD, You can change your currency option, on the right side Top, but, PayPal is not accept Korean KRW by thier Policy, therefore, Bank transfer will be available through several way such as Transfer wise and other APP, If you use Bank trasnfer with transfer app. No IBAN Code needed for transferring to Korea( No IBAN Code in Korean Bank)
Receivable currency is USD, EUR, JPY, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, HKD, SGD, CHF, CNY, DKK, SEK, and NOK.
