Buy any products and items from any Korean stores or sellers through our Korea-based buying service. We purchase on your behalf, inspect and repack the items, then ship them directly to you - anywhere in the world!

What is buying service and When Buying Service is needed?
If you found interesting Korean items or products in online stores, but they don't accept your credit card, PayPal, or only accept payments issued in Korea, or they only deliver within Korea and you need to communicate with shops, or you're not sure if the shop is reliable, or you need to combine packages from multiple sellers/shops at once - PINKBOX Buying Service is recommended.
- If you found your favorite items at any Korean shop, copy the products URL, quantity, color and size into the Buying quotation (PINKBOX Buying Service Request) and send.
- PINKBOX will check the items in the shops and reply via email with an estimation quotation within 1 hour during business hours (may be delayed outside business hours).
- If you agree with the quotation, proceed with your order (PO Number and Payment URL will be provided with the quotation). Shipping will be marked as "Shipping charge later" - charges will be calculated once all items arrive based on actual weight, following Korean Post Office policy.
- PINKBOX will purchase your items immediately upon receiving your payment.
- PINKBOX staff will properly repack items for international shipping once all your items arrive, and send you available shipping methods and a Shipping charge Payment URL.
- Your order will be shipped with a tracking number through your chosen shipping method.

Can I buy from auction sites or second-hand markets through PINKBOX Buying service?
Yes and No. We cannot buy from daangn.com (당근), but we can place orders from bunjang (번개장터) and similar sites like Joonggonara and hellomarket, with important conditions:
- The seller must offer safe payment methods through their platform
- We cannot purchase products from sellers who do not display safe payment methods, due to scam and fraud risks
- Sellers without safe payment options are likely problematic
Alternatively, you can use PINKBOX combine service - purchase directly and ship to PINKBOX warehouse for combine service (sorting, combining, packing, and shipping to your location).

Important Notes:
- Products on second-hand platforms are non-returnable and non-refundable
- Please contact the seller about condition and photos provided, or any inquiries (via online Talk or Chat)
- When purchasing products on a brokerage platform, the authenticity, condition, or any other details related to the product are considered to be verified and accepted by the buyer
- Exchanges, returns, and refunds for all second-hand products are restricted
What shipping methods are available for PINKBOX Service?
Shipping Methods: EMS Premium (UPS), EMS (Express Mail Service), Airmail, Fedex, Seamail (Surface) with buyer's charges. You can choose the best option for your needs - all methods provide tracking numbers.
Delivery Destinations: All countries covered by Korean carriers
Shipping Charges: Rates are based on each order's weight and volume/dimensions, varying by country and method. Please check our Shipping Rates.
Delivery Timeline: Most items ordered through PINKBOX's buying service arrive at our warehouse within 5-10 business days from the seller/shop. They are then inspected and packaged for shipment.
Estimated shipping times (from Korea to your location):
Due to COVID-19 and other unexpected circumstances, international shipping may be delayed by more than a month or temporarily suspended in some countries. Policies can change frequently based on quarantine regulations or other conditions.
- EMS Premium (UPS): 3-5 business days
- Fedex: 4-6 business days (includes 1 business day for local posting to air courier agent)
- EMS: 3-5 business days
- Airmail: 9-15 business days
- K-Packet: 4-9 business days
- Seamail (Surface): 50-70 days (dependent on vessel schedule, may vary by ±15 days)
Please note that products may sometimes be unavailable or delayed in manufacturing due to material conditions or manufacturer issues. We will check the status of items from the seller/shop and inform you if the estimated delivery days will be exceeded.
Shipping charges are calculated when all items have arrived at our warehouse. We'll send you shipping options and rates (EMS Premium/UPS, Fedex, EMS, Airmail, K-Packet, Seamail/Surface), allowing you to choose the best method for your needs. Surface shipping can be added upon request for buying orders.
Can I cancel or return items ordered through Buying service?
Replacements or returns of goods may not be accepted for this service business type. However, you can request replacement or refund for product defects such as holes, breakage in clothing items, or significant differences in design, color, or size from your original order. Our customer service will promptly review your request.
Important Return Policy Information:
- Please ensure you've selected the correct options (size, color, quantity) before completing your order
- Once an order is completed, it's assumed that you've agreed to our exchange/refund policy
- Exchange/refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of receipt and only for items significantly different from your original order
- For replacements, please specify the cause and your intent to replace when contacting customer service
- If there's a problem with the goods or if replacement/return is needed due to PINKBOX's mistake, delivery fees will be covered by PINKBOX
- For faulty goods, only replacement with the same size/color is accepted (subject to availability); if out of stock, a refund will be issued
How do I fill out the "BUYING SERVICE REQUEST" form?
Click the Buying Service Request button and complete the PINKBOX Buying Quotation Request form with the following information:
- Your Name: Please provide your name (nicknames are acceptable)
- E-mail: We'll send our quotation to this address (please check your spam folder if you don't receive it within 1 hour)
- Delivery Country: Specify the country where the international package will be shipped (contact us if you can't find your country)
- Contents: Paste item URLs, quantity, color, and size information

If the URL doesn't work, please provide the item name or style number, or you can send a screenshot/image instead of the product URL.
* Shipping will initially be marked as "Shipping charge later" if the items you want to buy don't list their actual weight on the product pages or need to be measured for weight.

What are the steps for processing a buying service request?
Submit the Quotation Request or Email
PINKBOX will check the items in the shops and reply via email with an estimation quotation within 1 hour during business hours (responses may be delayed outside business hours). If you haven't received an estimate, please check your spam folder.
Review Your Quotation
Your quotation will be sent quickly through email with a PDF attachment. If you accept this quotation, proceed to the next step by clicking the URL in the email or typing your PO number in the search bar at the top of the website. You can also find your quotation on your PO number product page (click to enlarge and view your items in detail).
Order Processing & Handling
Find your quotation on the product page, add it to your cart, and proceed with your order if you accept. PINKBOX will then purchase your items.
Shipping Charge and Shipment
The shipping method options and charges will be sent to your email after packaging when your items arrive at our warehouse. You can choose the best shipping method and complete the shipping payment to finalize shipment.
How can I check the status of my PINKBOX order?
You can find your order status in your account order history at pinkbox.kr:
Order Status Progression:
Payment accepted > Processing in Progress > All your items arrived and preparing shipment > Payment accepted (Shipping charge) > Shipped
If an ordered item does not arrive after 5 business days at our warehouse, we will contact the seller/shop to check the situation and update you by email about the current status.
Your order status will be updated whenever your items' status changes. (Typically, all orders except Custom or Pre-Order items will be ready for shipment within 5 business days.)
If you're not a registered member, we'll send status updates via email.
What are the service fees for PINKBOX Buying Service?
Service Fee Policy and Plan:
Buying Service Handling Fees:
- Handling Fee: 15% of total order amount
- Minimum Fee: KRW 15,000 for orders less than KRW 100,000
- Shipping Charge: Calculated based on actual weight and package dimensions after all items arrive and are packed (charged based on whichever is heavier - weight or volume)
Shipping Options & Timeframes:
- EMS: 3-5 business days
- Airmail: 9-14 business days
- K-Packet: 4-9 business days
You can choose the best shipping method for your needs.
Important Policy Notes:
- Currency conversion rate: PayPal exchange rate with PayPal fee included
- No returns, refunds, or replacements as per buying service policy, except for defects on items from original orders
- All risks (missing packages, import prohibition returns, refused deliveries, unclaimed packages, etc.) are the buyer's responsibility
Can I request a low declared value for customs clearance in my country?
Yes, generally your package will be marked as "GIFT" with a proper value. If you have or want a specific customs value for your package to assist with customs clearance, please let us know, and we will follow your instructions and mark any customs value you request.
Note on "Proper Value": This refers to a generally understandable price, not necessarily the actual purchase price or a price that's too low for customs declaration. PINKBOX is not responsible for any taxes imposed by the importing country's customs authorities based on this declared value.
